Scratchers Menu

The Scratchers menu provides access to gemRetailer information related to Scratcher Games. All Scratchers pages display data for a single location. The following screens are accessible from the Scratchers dropdown menu:

• Scratchers Games

• Inventory Summary

• Inventory Detail

• Returned Packs

• Packs of Concern

• Settled Packs

• Pack History

• Shipments

Visibility Notes on Roles

Retailer Location Users	The Scratchers menu is always available when you log in. Scratcher pages display information for the location as allowed by your user role type.
Corporate Account Users	The Scratchers menu is not available until you select a location on the Menu bar, unless you are authorized for only one location.
Lottery Users	The Scratchers menu is not available until you select a corporate account and location or an independent location.
